Women’s Zen Sesshin

THIS RETREAT IS FULL; A WAITLIST IS FORMING IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION—CONTACT US

The Fearless Daughters of Buddha

This will be our 6th annual women’s Zen retreat open to all who identify as women. During Sesshin, we focus on zazen, breath and walking, deep listening to what is around us and what compassionate response may be available for us to offer. Practicing Zen together is compassionate practice; practicing as friends on the path. At this women’s retreat, we focus on women’s Koans and stories. With a special emphasis on body stretch and self-care. All participants support each other in maintaining the schedule, the silence and deep intention to practice wholeheartedly. Sesshin can be rigorous. It is strongly suggested you have sesshin or extended silent practice experience, of at least one day in silence to attend.

Contact our Retreat Registrar to ask any questions: registration@joyfulmindzendo.org
