This two-night residential silent retreat, (or one-day option) is for those who identify as women in safe space, and is an opportunity to learn and practice Zen in an authentic Soto tradition. This is the warm, wholehearted practice of being with ourselves as we are, and with things as they are. Care will be taken to assist beginners in settling into the silence that is all too rare in our busy lives. Chairs and Zen cushions will be available or you may bring your own.
Private room, shared bathroom and shower. Healthy vegetarian meals are provided and requests for gluten or dairy free will be provided. The teacher will offer private one-on-one instructions on Zen practice.
